Registration in the Air Canada Altitude SkyridersTM Program (“Skyriders”) is free, has no monetary value, can be performed online at https://skyriders.aircanada.com and is subject to these terms and conditions.
Registration is available for children between the ages of 2 and 12 inclusively and that reside within Canada or the United States (each an “Eligible Child”). Registration in Skyriders can only be performed by an Eligible Child’s parent or legal guardian (“You” or “Your”).
By registering an Eligible Child in Skyriders, the e-mail address and email preferences listed in the Aeroplan profile associated with the Skyriders’ profile will apply and will be used in order to send post-flight details about destination badges and other flight and air travel related activities. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by visiting https://skyriders.aircanada.com and clicking on the “Contact Support” icon and providing the Eligible Child’s Aeroplan number.
Registration into Skyriders can be revoked or terminated by Air Canada at any time in its sole discretion if it determines that the eligibility criteria have not been met, are no longer valid or that the Skyriders’ online platform is being used inappropriately. . Any act or omission by a Skyriders user or anyone acting on his/her behalf which is detrimental to Air Canada, its affiliates, agents or partners, may result in the cancellation of a registration without prejudice to any other rights or recourses of Air Canada, including but not limited to the right to recover damages.
Air Canada will not be responsible and assumes no liability in relation to the use and benefits associated with Skyriders and the Skyriders online platform including any changes to the program terms and conditions and associated benefits. Air Canada reserves the right to modify or terminate Skyriders at any time in its sole discretion without notice.
These terms and conditions and any use, benefit or action in relation to Skyriders shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to their conflict of laws principles. You expressly consent to the exclusive forum, jurisdiction, and venue of the courts of Ontario and/or the Federal Court of Canada in Ontario, or any other judicial district or jurisdiction as Air Canada may determine in any and all actions, disputes, or controversies relating hereto. Any disputes regarding Skyriders or in any way arising out of registration into Skyriders shall be submitted to the courts of Ontario whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear such disputes, irrespective of conflict of law provisions.
Should a provision of these terms and conditions breach any law or regulation or for any other reason be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of use is not affected.
